Recalling Spirit Ministries (RSM) was founded in October 2001 by Rev. Charin R. Barone. This ministry was created to support the community with spiritual growth and understanding. RSM is the outgrowth of Rev. Barone's ministerial experience spanning the last 25 years. During this time, Rev. Barone saw the need for an online ministry that speaks to our times. Out of this need, RSM was conceived. The purpose of RSM is to provide an environment where each and every individual has an opportunity to awaken The Spirit Within. RSM is founded on the Wisdom of the Christian tradition. The goal of RSM is to inspire each individual in our spiritual community to reach their full potential. That potential is illustrated in the passage: "I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit." As we awaken our potential, we manifest the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth now.

In our church, this Ministry is based on Scripture: John 15:1-2, 5, 8 "I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit. I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit. By this My Father is glorified that you bear much fruit."

Every thought we experience creates a chemical reaction in our brains that triggers an emotion. Emotions, when repeated, seep into our hearts and minds, becoming habits. These habits of thinking create our world, hence, ”As a man thinketh….” Truly, what we put our attention on we energize in mind, body and spirit."
